Courses & Conferences

 

The courses detailed here, can be attended by everybody, be they non-Christian or Christians at various parts of their journey with God. All of these are meant to encourage you and strengthen you.

Some of these courses and conferences are held at a central location and organised by various groups, while the rest are for running at your local church or region of churches. We hope that these will bless you and that you will grow in faith and knowledge of our God. Alpha
The Alpha Initiative is a 15 session course based on coming around a table, having a meal and in that atmosphere dicussing issues in and around Christianity. It is for Christians and non-Christians alike.

Chrysalis
A weekend away for young people to learn about the character of God. There are speakers on different topics during the weekend. This is great way to focus the youth's attention away from the activities of everyday life and its distractions.

Emmaus
The adult version of Chrysalis based on Luke 24:13-35. It also involves a weekend away for the participants.

Spring Harvest
An interdenominational, yearly conference where thousands of Christians meet across the UK at Butlins resorts around the Easter Period. It involves many international and high profile speakers and worship leaders for a time of learning, to take back to the local church. You can go as individuals or as a group.
